If it works well, e-mail can be a lot. It is hard to beat e-mail for everything that is not in contact with the family, information from other companies or organizations. Would you like to send the same message to multiple people? Communicate with someone across the continent? Photos, manuscripts or other information? For the speed and efficiency, this virtually instantaneous medium is one of the best features of modern life.
But the e-mail is not without problems. If the code-name of the recipient, but the message is still bouncing back, you could not sing the praises of the e-mail. Ditto for plants that do not open or other nuisances. With just a little patience, but you can easily overcome the most problematic e-mail. 4 The following are common problems with e-mail, together with solutions to overcome them.
Problem – Return messages
This may be the most frustrating of all e-mail problems. After taking the time to order, click the “submit” button and your task. But the next thing you know, the message in your in-box with an element which not reach its destination.
Solutions
First, take the simple step of checking to see the address of the recipient was entered correctly. This may seem obvious, but sometimes the only thing wrong is misplaced letter, with “com” instead of “net” or a similar error. If you know the right direction, it is a question of control of each character. If not, you may need to experiment by running multiple messages, or by entering alternative addresses with slight variations. In this approach, if you are always messages that are returned again and compare it with the global address list. If you have four variants, but only three were returned, which solved the problem by process of elimination.
Sometimes the source of the problem lies in the receiver. If the messages to other addresses, but do not stop by trying to contact the recipient by other means and report on the situation. The cause may be a temporary problem with the recipient’s server to switch to another email provider to a full in box. In this case, simply waiting may be the best solution. Or a phone call or another may be needed on your side to ensure the correct email address. If all messages are returned, you may have a connection problem. See below for more information.

When you hear the sound after selecting one of these steps, you have made a successful connection.
Connection problems are more common with dial-up modems with broadband connections, but these also depend on physical connections. A loose or poorly connected cable can be problematic. Sometimes an error occurs, can be better addressed by setting parts of the original configuration. If you take this step, the connection is immediate.
When you are online, but again and again to beat that connection can be through a command from unwanted software. In Outlook Express, for example, is the “Hang up when finished.” If the box in front of this sentence is, the connection is cut off automatically each time you send or download e-mail.
